part of our safety program is the independent
third party audit* we undergo each month during the
growing season. Conducted by the industry overseer,
Safe at the Plate, this in-depth process scrutinizes
every aspect of our operation - from the fields and
packing and processing sheds, examining fertilizers
and irrigation water, to ensuring that workers are not
contributing to any possible contamination.
Equally important, we conduct monthly internal audits
to guarantee that our high standards continue to be
realized and that we maintain the integrity of the crops
at all times.
