We don’t stop hand caring
for our plants at harvest time, either. In fact, the
very first time our tomatoes touch anything other than
a nurturing human hand, they are already in the packing
shed, where they are washed, then hand sorted for premier
quality and size, and place-packed in boxes. This is
where the computers come in, but once entered into our
inventory tracking system, they go right back to being
hand pampered.
